Overview

Mental health problems are very common, and occur across all age ranges. Not only can this be very distressing for the individual but it can also affect all other aspects of life.

Strategies that used to work in the past are no longer successful. This can lead to people feeling increasingly anxious, depressed, lost or out of control.

The right therapy matched with the right problems will help you regain control of your life and help you re-find the direction you have lost.

RELATIONSHIPS

We are constantly developing new relationships. These can become strained and problematic, especially during times of change.

ANXIETy

Anxiety disorders can cause considerable distress and disability. They are common but despite this are often untreated.

TRAUMA

When you suffer from a traumatic event the brain may not manage to process the memory properly leading to distressing symptoms.

Older Children/ Adolescents

Older childhood is a period of substantial change. Problems often centre around mood and behaviour.
